I am currently majoring in Information Technology and Web Science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I have a strong personal interest in frontend development and a passion for technology as a whole. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, as a first-generation Korean-American.

I'm a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon's Gamma Epsilon chapter, where I had the unique opportunity to be part of the new founding class that helped revitalize the chapter after a four-year hiatus. I have held several leadership positions within the chapter, including Grammateus (Secretary), Housing Manager, and Dog Board Chairman, contributing to the chapter's growth and organization.

Reviewed and assessed AI-generated code responses to user prompts, identifying and correcting errors to improve model accuracy and performance. Provided in-depth evaluations to refine the AI model’s code generation abilities and comprehension of user intent. Worked with multiple programming languages, including Python, C++, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.

Work Study - Mueller Center Supervisor

August 2022 to May 2023

Part of the RPI Work Study program. Supervised front desk and cardio floor operations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of gym patrons. Handled customer service inquiries, and resolved conflicts that arose. Handled opening and closing the on-campus gym.

Aggregator of Music Albums (AMA)

Developed a comprehensive music review aggregation website that consolidates album reviews from various platforms (e.g., Pitchfork, Discogs) with various APIs implemented, to provide users with an intuitive search experience, personalized recommendations, and community-driven interactions through ratings and comments.

Implemented a scalable architecture using APIs and web technologies to ensure accurate data integration and a visually appealing interface, enhancing user engagement and facilitating easy exploration of musical interests. Employed the usage of Scrum development cycle and also Kanban boards.

Wrapped Now

Developed a web application that provides Spotify users with personalized listening statistics. Implemented the Spotify Web API with Javascript calls, and designed a website with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for a better user interface. Implemented secure user authentication and authorization to protect user data and comply with Spotify's API guidelines.

Focused on front-end development for a smooth user experience with more refined HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Also employed the usage of Agile development for a smoother collaboration between peers.
